Kohala ‘Aina Harvest Festival
The Hawai’i Institute of Pacific (HIP) Agriculture’s annual fundraiser takes place each November in North Kohala, and it’s an event the whole family will love! The day includes keiki activities, educational agricultural workshops, fresh local organic food, and an exciting line-up of musicians and entertainers. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the sustainable agricultural movement on Hawai’i Island. Come celebrate the bountiful harvest the ‘aina (land) has given us!
This year’s festival will feature:
- Local Pasteles and Laulau Plates
- Fresh Juices and Tonics from HIP Ag’s Niu Lani Juice Bar
- Traditional Hula Kahiko Performance
- HICCUP Circus
…and much more musical entertainment!
All proceeds go towards HIP Agriculture’s youth education programs. Learn more at www.hipagriculture.org.
