Culinary Chef Donna Maltz offers classes to inspire you to eat for health and the health of the planet. Learn the health benefits of fermented foods and eating a local diet. Make probiotic and enzyme-rich foods including; fermented vegetables, kombucha and beet kavas, or choose from one of the other culinary classes offered at the Always in Season Farmstead. Magnificent views and edible landscape. Weekly tours and classes by reservation.

The Always In Season Farmstead is perched at a 1500 foot elevation above Hawi town.  Their Culinary Healing Arts Retreat offers the perfect environment to learn a Soil to Soul approach to healthy eating and lifestyle changes. Harvest from their orchards and gardens, then experience the gifts that come with sharing the joy of preparing delicious and nutritious meals.
